PP pleated filter cartridge, is made of PP fabrics, making the guide layer and support layer, insert them into core tube, and put all into the body. Every details use heat fusion technology without adhesive. Not have any chemical pollutant, will do 100% integrity testing. Inner Toxin ≤0.25EV/ml, meeting with USP VSP standard. 

Advantages: The pleated structure has big filtering area, low original pressure difference, fast flow rate, small filter volume, and low cost. Because of pre-filtering and final filtering combined to one, so the element has bigger dirt containing capacity, whose work lifetime is longer than single diameter.

Disadvantages :  The working pressure has to be less than 0.3Mpa;

Solids will be easy to pass, especially when temperature is higher than 60℃；

Back flushing is not so well.
